Connect ChatGPT to Superbridger
You need a Superbridger account with your social accounts connected. Then:

On chatgpt.com, open Plugins, select the plus button and choose Add custom MCP server.

Name it Superbridger, paste
https://superbridger.com/api/mcpas the Server URL under Connection, keep OAuth as the authentication, tick I understand and want to continue, and select Create as a plugin. - 3
Install the plugin. Superbridger opens: sign in, pick the team, and choose Allow.

In a new chat, type @ and pick Superbridger.
On ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu, at chatgpt.com in a browser (not on Free or Go). On Business an admin or owner adds it; on Enterprise or Edu an admin, or a member they allow. If you don't see Add custom MCP server, turn on Developer mode in Settings.

Attach the video or image in the chat and ChatGPT hands it to Superbridger. Or give it a public link: a Dropbox link ending in ?dl=1, a Google Drive file shared with anyone, or a file on a website. Superbridger imports it and checks it for every platform. Earlier uploads can be reused too.

Can I attach a video in ChatGPT and post it?
Yes. ChatGPT hands the attached file to Superbridger, which checks it for every platform before it's posted or scheduled. MP4 or MOV videos and JPEG, PNG or GIF images, up to 1 GB.
Can ChatGPT post to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and X?
