Data Deletion Instructions

Superbridger stores only the data needed to publish to accounts its owner has connected: access tokens, account identifiers, uploaded content and publishing results. Any of the following removes it.

1. Remove access on the platform

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove Superbridger.
• Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → remove Superbridger.
• YouTube / Google: Google security settings → remove Superbridger.
• TikTok: the app's security and permissions settings → remove Superbridger.

Revoked tokens stop working immediately, and Superbridger deletes them and the related account identifiers within 30 days.

2. Disconnect inside Superbridger

Disconnecting an account on the Channels page deletes its tokens and identifiers straight away.

3. Ask us

Email info@octane.nl with the account you want removed. All data for that account, including stored media and publishing history, is deleted within 30 days and you will get a confirmation.
