Post one video to every platform at once
Upload your video once. Superbridger publishes it to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and X, each in that platform's own format, right away or at the time you pick. No reminders, no finishing in six apps.
- 6 platforms from one upload
- Posts straight to TikTok
- LinkedIn profiles and Company Pages
- From €19 a month
- 7-day free trial, no card
In short
- Superbridger publishes one upload to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and X at once, each in that platform's own format, right away or scheduled up to 180 days ahead.
- A vertical video becomes a Reel on Instagram and Facebook, a Short on YouTube, a TikTok post, and a video post on LinkedIn (your profile or a Company Page) and X.
- It posts by itself on every platform, TikTok included: nothing to finish in the apps, no reminder on your phone.
- You write one caption and change it only where it's worth it, such as a title for YouTube or a shorter text for X. Every platform's limits are checked before anything goes out.
- Starter is €19 a month (excl. VAT) for 6 social accounts and 60 posts a month. One upload to every platform counts as one post. The free trial is 7 days, without a card.
Checked on 25 October 2026.
How do you post one video to every platform at once?
Connect your accounts once, then upload the video, write the caption, pick the platforms and publish or schedule it.
- Start the free trial and connect your accounts with each platform's own login: Facebook for Instagram and your Pages, Google for YouTube, then TikTok, LinkedIn and X. Superbridger never sees your passwords.
- In the composer, add your video and write the caption and hashtags once.
- Pick the accounts to post to. Change a platform's text only where it's worth it: a title for YouTube, a shorter text for X.
- Choose Check to see exactly what each platform will get, then Publish or pick a date and time.
- Superbridger publishes to each platform on its own and shows when each post is live, with a link to it.
From then on a post is a video, a caption and one click. A week of posts can be planned in one sitting on the calendar.
What does each platform get?
Its own format: a Reel stays a Reel, a Short a Short, with the fields each platform supports.
| Platform | Your vertical video becomes | What you can set |
|---|---|---|
| A Reel (3 seconds to 15 minutes) | Caption with up to 5 hashtags, share to feed, trial reel, your own cover | |
| A Reel on every Page you pick (Facebook documents up to 90 seconds) | Text and hashtags per Page | |
| YouTube | A Short (vertical or square, up to 3 minutes); longer or landscape becomes a regular video | Title, description, tags, category, privacy, made for kids, subscriber notification |
| TikTok | A post on your profile (up to 10 minutes, over 3 for accounts TikTok allows) | Caption, who can watch, comments, Duet and Stitch, content disclosure |
| A video post on your profile or a Company Page | Text and who sees it | |
| X | A video post | Text, counted the way X counts it (280 characters, more with X Premium) |
Photos work the same way: a carousel of up to 10 on Instagram, up to 10 photos on a Facebook Page, up to 20 on LinkedIn and up to 4 on X. Text posts go to Facebook Pages, LinkedIn and X. Every platform's details.
Does it post by itself everywhere, TikTok included?
Yes. Every platform, TikTok included, gets the post at the time you picked, through its official API: no reminder, no notification to finish it.
Many tools still post to TikTok or Instagram by sending a reminder to your phone, and you finish the post in the app. Superbridger publishes directly on all six. On TikTok that's TikTok's Direct Post: you choose who can watch, whether people can comment, Duet or Stitch, and whether the video is promotional, right in Superbridger, and the video appears on your profile.
What no tool can add for you: sounds from TikTok's or Instagram's music library, stickers and in-app effects only exist inside those apps. Put your music in the video before you upload it, and it goes everywhere with the video.
One caption, or one per platform?
One caption goes everywhere; you change it only where a platform needs something else.
- X counts 280 characters (links count as 23), more with X Premium. Write a shorter version for X and the rest keeps the full caption.
- YouTube needs a title of up to 100 characters: your caption's first line unless you write one. Your hashtags become tags.
- Instagram allows 5 hashtags and 2,200 characters. TikTok also takes 2,200.
- Hashtag sets and caption snippets are saved per brand and inserted in one click.
Superbridger checks every caption against every platform's limits before anything is posted, and says what to change.
What if the video doesn't fit a platform?
You find out before you post, with what to change, instead of a failed upload tonight.
Every video is checked against each platform's rules first: length, file size, shape, video and audio format, frame rate and file layout. Each platform's daily posting limits are checked too, with a warning before you reach them.
Vertical 9:16 MP4 or MOV works everywhere. A landscape video still goes out, but YouTube makes it a regular video instead of a Short, and Reels and TikTok show it with bars.
Each platform is published on its own, so a problem on one doesn't hold up the rest. Temporary errors are retried by themselves, and if something needs you, such as an expired login, you get one email that says what to do.
Why upload the original instead of reposting a download?
A video downloaded from one app carries that app's watermark and lower quality; posting the original to every platform at once avoids both.
Saving a TikTok and uploading it to Instagram puts TikTok's logo on your Reel, and Instagram has said it shows Reels recycled from other apps, watermark and all, to fewer people. Every download also loses quality.
Superbridger sends your original file to every platform at the same time, so every post is clean, sharp and native to the platform. It doesn't copy content from one platform to another: you post your own video, once.
Can you schedule it?
Yes: pick a date and time up to 180 days ahead and it goes out by itself on every platform, within a minute of that time.
- A calendar shows everything that's coming, per day and per account.
- Move, cancel or publish a scheduled post right away until it goes out.
- Every post keeps a timeline per platform: scheduled, publishing, live or failed, with a link to each live post.
- Or plan it from a chat: Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps can write, check and schedule posts for you.
What does it cost?
From €19 a month for one brand on all six platforms. Prices don't go up per channel: one upload to every platform counts as one post.
| Plan | Per month (excl. VAT) | Brands | Social accounts | People | Posts a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | €19 | 1 | 6 | 1 | 60 |
| Pro | €39 | 3 | 18 | 3 | 300 |
| Agency | €99 | 15 | 90 | 10 | 1,500 |
Every plan has every feature. Yearly is two months free. Posts to X also use X credits (1 per post, 15 with a link), which every plan includes. The free trial is 7 days, without a card. All plans · How other cross-posting tools compare.
Questions about cross-posting
Is there an app that posts one video to all social media at once?
Yes. Superbridger publishes one upload to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and X at the same time, each in its own format, right away or scheduled. You connect your accounts once with each platform's own login.
Can I post to TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts at the same time?
Yes. Upload a vertical video once and Superbridger publishes it as a TikTok post, an Instagram Reel and a YouTube Short together, plus a Facebook Reel and posts on LinkedIn and X if you want.
Does it post to TikTok directly, or send a notification?
Directly. Superbridger uses TikTok's Direct Post: the video appears on your profile at the time you picked, with the audience and settings you chose. Nothing to finish in the TikTok app.
Can I post to a LinkedIn Company Page?
Yes, and to your personal profile. Connect LinkedIn once and pick your profile, the Pages you manage, or both.
Does a post to all 6 platforms count as 6 posts?
No. One upload counts as one post, however many platforms and accounts it goes to. Posts to X also use X credits.
What do I need on each platform?
A professional Instagram account (business or creator), a Facebook Page, a YouTube channel, and any TikTok, LinkedIn or X account. You connect each with that platform's own login.
Can I add trending sounds?
Not through any scheduling tool: TikTok's and Instagram's music libraries, stickers and effects only exist inside their apps. Add your music to the video before you upload it.
Is there a free trial?
