Who we are

Superbridger is a private publishing tool. It is used only by its owner to publish the owner's own content to the owner's own accounts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. It is not offered to the public and has no sign-up. Questions about this policy: info@octane.nl.

Information we access

  • Account authorisation data: the access and refresh tokens a platform issues when the owner connects an account, and the permissions granted.
  • Account identifiers: the IDs, usernames, display names and profile image URLs of the connected Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, YouTube channels and TikTok accounts.
  • Content: the videos, images, captions, titles, tags and post settings the owner uploads or enters for publishing.
  • Publishing results: the post IDs, links, processing status and error messages returned by each platform.

Superbridger does not read followers, messages, comments, contacts or analytics, and does not collect information about anyone other than the owner.

How we use it

Solely to publish content at the owner's direction, to check whether publishing succeeded, and to keep connected accounts working (for example, refreshing expiring tokens). The information is never sold, used for advertising or profiling, or shared with anyone other than the platform the content is being published to.

YouTube

Superbridger uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Superbridger's access at any time from your Google security settings.

Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

Access to Facebook and Instagram is granted through Facebook Login and can be removed in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, or in Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites. Access to TikTok is granted through Login for TikTok and can be removed in the TikTok app's security and permissions settings. Content you publish is subject to each platform's own terms and privacy policy.

Storage and security

  • Tokens are encrypted at rest and are only ever used on the server; they are never sent to a browser.
  • Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Vercel for hosting and file storage, Neon for the database) and is accessible only to the owner after signing in.
  • Uploaded media files are deleted from Superbridger's storage within 7 days of being published.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while an account is connected. When an account is disconnected or access is revoked, its tokens and identifiers are deleted within 30 days. See the Data Deletion instructions to request deletion.

Cookies

Superbridger uses a single session cookie so the owner can stay signed in. It uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

Children

Superbridger is not directed at children and does not knowingly process children's data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
